|Latin 4 Honors||Read Vergil's Aeneid, translated by David West (ISBN:
987-0140449327). Write an outline of books 8 and 12 (with a bullet
point for each scene), and be prepared to take quizzes on the entire Aeneid at the beginning of the semester.|
|A.P. Latin||Read the translated sections of Caesar's De Bello Gallico
(Books 1, 6, 7) required for the AP Latin Exam. These are in the
textbook provided by Mr. Collins. Be prepared to take quizzes on this
material at the beginning of the year.|
|Spanish 2 Honors||Borrow the reading packet from teacher. Read and answer the
questions at the end of each chapter in Spanish and keep a journal in
Spanish summarizing each chapter. Be ready for a test during the first
week of school. |
|Spanish 3||Students taking Spanish 3 will be given a packet on final exam day to
complete over the summer. Complete the review packet and be prepared for
a quiz on the material during the first week of class. Extra copies
will be available from the Guidance Office. Packets should be handed in
