Parent Parking Form

In lieu of attending the in person parent parking meetings that we have traditional held, we will be using this form to have parents and guardians watch a video of a previous parking meeting, which will cover the same information. Parents or guardians will need to watch the video from the link below and fill out the following information before their child will be able to park on campus.
